12th Annual Guest Chef Series
Join Family Services for the 12th Annual Guest Chef Series, a culinary evening benefiting Family Services' mission to help children, adults, and families heal from violence and thrive in healthy relationships.
Each year, we invite a chef to prepare a unique three-course tasting menu, featuring dishes that capture the event’s culinary theme. Each tasting course is paired with a fine wine, followed by dinner. Guest Chef is an all-inclusive event—all food, wine, and entertainment is included with ticket purchase. Our programs build physical and emotional safety in homes, in relationships, and for children, for a safer community where everyone can thrive. Our services include:
Safe Homes:
-Karen's House, Emergency Domestic Violence Shelter
-Supportive Housing for survivors of abuse and homelessness
Safe Relationships:
-Tulare County’s only Rape Crisis Center
-Freedom House, with services for survivors of human trafficking
-Free and low-cost counseling services
-Community Outreach, education, & youth prevention programs
Safe Children:
-Counseling for children who have been victims of abuse
-Parenting education and in-home support
-Supervised Visitation & Safe Exchange
