No Big Deal with Torey Ivanic
Join Soroptimist International of Visalia, College of the Sequoias, and Family Services of Tulare County this Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) as we bring author Torey Ivanic to Tulare County to talk about her book "No Big Deal" a memoir of her survival of child sexual abuse and her journey to justice. Torey is a former resident of Three Rivers and is returning to our area to share this important message that child sexual abuse IS a BIG DEAL and we can do something about it as a community.
This free event will take place in the COS Ponderosa Building (seating is limited) beginning at 6:30pm. Prior to Torey's talk, we will host a sexual violence survivor art exhibit from 5:30-6:30pm.
